Dr. Ronnie Parker, DO is a board certified physician who possesses over two decades of expertise and works in dealing with substance abuse disorders. Following the completion of his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Pikeville College (UPike), Dr. Parker pursued further training at the Tampa Bay Heart Institute located at Northside Hospital in Saint Petersburg, Florida. His residency was successfully accomplished at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, West Virginia. Currently, he has become a part of Appalachian Community Care, LLC as a healthcare provider, actively contributing towards combating the opioid crises prevalent in our region.

Dr. Parker recognized a necessity in rural Appalachia and embarked on a mission to aid individuals entangled in the opioid crisis within our locality. His primary objective is to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), predominantly employing Suboxone, to alleviate the plight of those grappling with substance abuse.
